We do a backwards somersault only extend to a handstand, once you're in a handstand, pike down quickly so you jump to your feet. This helps practice going from the upsidedown position to going rightside up when you clear the bar. Let me know if you understand what I'm saying cuz it's a little confusing. ;)

IF you go to www.bubbapv.com he's got some pretty neat drills you can do on parallel bars that help a ton with getting inverted...helped me!

...or you could do a back extension roll into the handstand (that's kind of redundant...oh well). This way, you wouldn't have to worry about landing on your head doing a flip flop. :P

I don't know if ou know what a kip is, but it's a bar drill. Yu glide, and then pull your feet to the bar, shoot your legs up to the sky and rock back. so that your hips are on the bar!! That was kind of confusing, but i'm sure you could find a video of it on the internet!!

How is it that a kip is a pv drill? Just curious because I've heard it before, but have never really understood.
