i would like for a gymnastic polevaulter to post some of their drills that they do for p-ving.......with a brief description of what it helps/works....thank you.....oh yea, and how to do the drills

We do a backwards somersault only extend to a handstand, once you're in a handstand, pike down quickly so you jump to your feet. This helps practice going from the upsidedown position to going rightside up when you clear the bar. Let me know if you understand what I'm saying cuz it's a little confusing.

We use a bungee about 3' off the floor. You have to clear it!!!!

yea, i udnerstand it, i doubt i could do the backsomersault though ..........well, could i just get into a handstand than jump to my feet frontwards.....or do a reserve type of swing and land on me feet?

IF you go to www.bubbapv.com he's got some pretty neat drills you can do on parallel bars that help a ton with getting inverted...helped me!
