Lower left back pain

I've been having some lower left back pain for a while now, and only recently has it affected my pole vault performance. Now, it's a constant nagging injury that's been bothering me for a while. I've been using heat and stim when I'm at college, but it hasn't seemed to have gotten much better. It's mostly painful only when I'm pole vaulting (which I don't do too much of anymore) and sometimes with everyday actions. However, when I stretch out my hamstrings really well, it seems to help. Could this just be the result of a really tight hamstring? Or is there another factor that could be affecting this? I don't think there was any specific event that occurred when the pain started, it just started randomly and got worse and worse until I couldn't keep jumping.

Yes, taking off under.

Would occasionally being about 3-6 inches under be enough to cause this? I'm typically pretty good at being at my mark, and if I'm under, it's never by more than about 3-6 inches.

hey i had the same exact problem. just do some dail exersizes such as lay on your back toes up and reach up with straight arms, then lay on your stomach and do supermans and then some simple flexibility drills and it should ease up
