Pre-Season Testing

This is probably only relevant in college and those with accurate timing systems.
But what kind of pre-season testing do you do, or have your athletes do? What kind of marks are you typically looking for for a certain level of vaulter. If you are an athlete list your marks for certain test and your PR. And coaches general guide of what you look for.
Things like:
30m dash
Standing long jump
Vertical jump
Overhead back shot put throw (16lb)
And what kind of timing system do you use? I have seen different people test the 30s different ways and the difference is astonishing. For a timing system that starts on the athletes first movement I think sub 4 seconds in a 30 is flying (usually guys in the 6.8 to 6.9 60m dash time range), while other programs use a laser to start the clock and give them like 1 meter to rock into the start and they are running like 3.5-3.8 range over 30m with just the slightest step or rock in.
