At are distric meet I jumped my pr and qualified for states. Now my question is in the week before what should I be doing at practice? Abviously I will go on as normal for the most part. But should I go after some high bungies(14,14'6) to get used to coming off the top more vertical since I'm only junping on a 14' pole all jumps at my pr of 13'6 and higher are over the top of my pole. So any advice is welcome, thanks

Think I fixed most of the spelling/grammar, there not my strongest point

I wish people would check their posts for at least the most basic spelling and grammatical errors...

In the grand scheme of things, what you do in that last week won't make much of a difference. What you did with the rest of your season is what matters. Do whatever you think will allow you to be confident and relaxed for the state meet and take it easy. There's no need to overdo at this time in the season. Good luck!

Yea I realized that, it doesn't really matter what I do I'm not turning into a 15' vaulter over night so since I'm the only guy at practice now(besides my coach) where just trying to have fun and enjoy an extra week of vaulting.
