hey so i have bad ankle and can not run for a month due to this so i am planning on biking alot and lift alot, so i was wondering if anyone had a good 6 week lifting program they could guide me twards. I just fished up a 6 week cross fit program that only used body weight things such as pullups, dips, pushups, lunges....stuff like that so i am kinda looking for something now that has to do with using weights!
