Ive been working on shoulder flexibility, so i can work on getting my plant up higher.  Also, hip flexor flexibility is important.  the more flexible they are, the further back your trail leg can go.  A good total body stretch is important in preventing injuries, and keeping your muscles relaxed...the more relaxed you are, the more efficient you can run.
