we practiced 5 days a week and yes you can go to other schools, all we have is a cement runway, no rubber, so we went to bigger schools around to practice on their pits

Are you talking about practicing pole vaulting or practicing everything (running, strength work, etc)?

If you are talking about pole vaulting, it is counterproductive to practice 5 days a week. That is not enough time for your legs to recover. You should only vault 2-3 times a week, and use the other days to build your speed and strength and work on pole runs.

You'll find your jump sessions go much better if you take a day off every now and then.

Recovery is an important part of training.

We do the sprinter workout on Mondays and jump on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sometimes we only jump on Wednesdays because we have meets on Tuesdays, but on these Tuesday meets I start at really low heights so I can use the meet more for practice. Thursdays and Fridays vary depending on what the meet schedule is for the week.

this season i barely got to practice PV.
we got a new track coach and he didnt understand i was MOSTLY a polevaulter.. so all i did was run and do other jumps..
i was lucky if i got 2 practices of less than 1hr and a half long..
new pv coach who wasn't too serious..
i only PRd 9 inches. ]: compared to a foot in one meet last year...

since im pretty much on my own with pv training....
does anyone know of any good week-long workouts?
e.i. running, lifting, jumping.. everything?

in season we practice 6 days a week.

And NO MORE than 40 hours. (yea right)

Monday - Vault shorter run
Tuesday - short sprints drills
Wens - Vault Long run/lift
Thurs - Sprint work out
Friday - Sprints/drills/ lift
Saterday - Lift/long run

Depending on the time of year we might add more volume, or take awat reps.
