My twin brother has done one with each arm.

No, i did not see it. He was in the military at the time and living in another state.

He was a better gymnast that I was, but never got really into track and field.

I tend to believe him as you can find some crazy stories out there about 1 arm, or in some cases 1 finger pull ups. after a little work on google, this interesting page came up that gives some info on history of 1 arm pull ups:

I used to do those exact exercises, but I was 17 and weighed 125 lbs.
If you don't have the ability, and you don't have the desire...............

it is rumored that chris sharma (professional rock climber) did 8 one arm pullups pulling on a two inch climbing holding with his index, middle and ring fingers only at a climbing gym about a year ago. sick....
