How deep is the pool you have access to? If it's 10ft or more you have room to use a short pole, 3 ft long or so. Use a water hose filled with water as a bar so that it is under water about a foot or so. Lay on the bottom upside down in your ideal vault position under the bar. This is slow mo vaulting to teach you spatial awareness of where the bar is in relation to your body. Visualise how you want it to be, then make it happen......in sloooooow motion. Very good for spatial orientation at bar level.

With a shallow pool like I have, I can't use a short pole, have to kip up off of the bottom of the pool. Doesn't feel exactly the same but still very good.
