Speed and Strength Training

What exercises/lifts should I be doing to help my overall vaulting? Like which muscles should I isolate, if I should isolate any.

Can you give a bit of information about your performance level etc??

I weigh around 150 lbs. I ran cross country and wrestled, so I'm i pretty good shape. I never lift, so I can't really give you what my current max's are. Last season, my max bench was 175 lbs. My PR is 13'
