High bar exercises?

Unread postby Pablot585 » Sun Sep 27, 2009 10:20 pm

Hi,
I just started vaulting and i read that high bar exercises are great for getting down techniques for beginners. I have one in my backyard (from my brother) already.
I was wondering what other exercises could I do on the bar besides bubkas? I have tried searching but have not found much.
Thanks!

Search for the "hinge whip drill".

There's also some good drills demonstrated here: http://www.polevaultpower.com/media/video/skillsanddrills/
