I just wondered if anyone could suggest a full training program for the whole week which concentrates on the vault?
At present I vault 3 times a week (2 of those sessions are only drills and not full vaults). I try and do at least 20mins of weights a day although on 2 days its about 45 mins.On three days I try to do sprints including hill sprints and those sprinitng days I do some plyometrics.
When I'm at the track vaults I do some work on the high bar and do abs.
But at least once a week I like to chill out by going for a swim, bike ride or a steady 3 mile run with my mp3 just to de-stess from life!!
Anyone got any other ideas ?
