Houston-Area Pole Vaulters, Parents, Fans, and Supporters... help give your favorite pole vaulter the benefit of a head-start on their competitive track season... get them into our pole vault clinic THIS SATURDAY at THE WOODLANDS HIGH
SCHOOL!

Returning pole vaulters, bring a new vaulter to the clinic, have them mention that you referred them, and take $10 off for each person you recruit! Bring 3 and come for FREE!

The Woodlands HS Pole Vault Clinic


WHO: For beginner, intermediate, and advanced pole vaulters of all ages, men or women, boys or girls. Clinic is led by Lone Star Pole Vaulting Head Coach Kris Allison and Bubba Sparks.

WHERE: The Woodlands High School, 6101 Research Forest Dr The Woodlands, TX 77381

WHEN: Saturday, December 3rd, 2011. 9am-1pm. Arrive between 8:30-9:00 and do general warm-up independently before 9am so we can use every minute possible to work on technique-specific training.

COST: $40 May pay in advance online via PayPal for $1.60 fee or CASH-ONLY at check-in at the clinic.

DISCOUNTS: Former participants receive $10 off for each newcomer they refer to the clinic. (Newcomers must mention who they referred by during online registration). Refer 3 and come for FREE!!!

COACHES and PARENTS: Attend for free and are encouraged to come out and ask questions! Please feel free to take video or photos of your athlete for review.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Please arrive at The Woodlands Track and Field Stadium no sooner than 8:30am, check-in, submit cash payments and signed waivers (Newcomers Only - Vaulters under Age 18 will need to have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver of liability to be eligible to participate. Returning vaulters who have submitted a waiver at previous clinics this Fall do not need to submit another one.) Afte checking in, begin warming up on your own. The clinic will end at 1pm so please have transportation available at that time.

WHAT TO BRING: Check the weather ahead of time and dress appropriately! Water bottles, folding chair, notebook & pen, tennis shoes required. Spikes are optional as are poles. Vaulters, we encourage you to bring your own poles however poles to fit all sizes will be provided.
