I didn't know where else to put this so I put this here. I was wondering if there is any list on here of street vaults going on this summer. I know of a few, but always looking for more meets to go to. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the Tremont Turkey Festival in Tremont, IL is still having their vault on June 11, 2011. I went last year and it was great. Awesome runway and a great atmosphere. Do you know of any in the Springfield MO area?

I've heard hints of a "cave vault" in missouri somewhere. That'd be pretty awesome. Is the Kansas city vault happening this year?

You bet the Flying Dragon Street Vault at the Tremont Turkey Festival is still on. I just made the contract to run-off the thing last thursday. ALL THE SMOKED TURKEY LEGS I CAN EAT FOR TWO DAYS! Best Track Meet paycheck I get every year.

As far as we know, it will be the first underground vault in the USA. Before info is released, we're trying to square things away. But it looks like the vault will be August 6th. Right now there's only one pit, but if there's a lot of interest, we hope to get a second pit. The runway's pretty long as well, like 168 ft. It'll definitly be the coolest vault that time of year with a steady 55-60 degrees.
If anyone has any thoughts for it or wants to help with the planning (or work standards
), shoot me an email at

I haven't heard anything about it. Did they do it last year? I wasn't sure if the meet was continuing after the passing of Stan Solomon.
