Foundation Pole Vault offers 3 different options for clinics in the San Diego area.
We keep it simple- FUNDAMENTALS. We teach a progression that is meant for you to take back to your school and practice. It has worked for more that 15 years and has produced many great vaulters. More than that, it has produced many athletes that are very consistent in how they jump. Consistency is the way to being a great vaulter. You have to be able to reproduce something to make it better.
We are located in San Marcos, CA (North San Diego). We are easily accessible from the 78 FWY as well as the 15 and the 5. Check out http://www.FoundationCarlsbad.com for more detailed directions or call 760.602.0262.
1 Day Pole Vault Mini Clinics:
Clinic Times: 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm AND 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Clinic Dates:
February 27 (5 pm to 7 pm ONLY)
March 6, 13, 20, 27
April 3, 10, 17, 24
May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Cost: $35 per clinic
You must RSVP for the Sunday clinics because they often fill up. Email Mike@FoundationStrength.com to reserve your spot at least 24 hrs ahead of time. If the session is full, you may have to attend the other session on that day. This is very important.
2 Day Pole Vault Summer Clinics:
Clinic Times: 12 pm to 4 pm
Clinic Dates:
(Mondays & Wednesdays)
Clinic 1: June 27 & 29
Clinic 2: July 6 & 8 (Weds & Fri)
Clinic 3: July 11 & 13
Clinic 4: July 18 & 20
Cost: $99 per clinic or $299 for all four clinics.
3 Day December Pole Vault Clinics:
Clinic Times: 12 pm to 4 pm
Clinic Dates:
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Clinic 1: December 19-21
Clinic 2: December 26-28
Cost: $299 per camp or $475 for both clinics
One-On-One/ Small Group Pole Vault or High Jump Instruction:
Times & Dates: By appointment only. Call 619.913.0029 to set up sessions.
Cost: Individual Sessions: $50 per hour
Small Groups: 2-6: $45 per athlete for 90 minutes
