ProVaultNW - Jaunary 2011 - Success

Hey Everyone,

Just want to let people know that ProVaultNW had a successful January start. We now have 10 athletes fully enrolled and have space for more people. We know that the track season is starting up. So, we will be here for you during these cold and wet days in Western Washington.

We have sessions (NOVICE) 4-6pm and (EXPERT) 6:15-9pm Monday + Wednesday. Next month we will be increasing monthly rates to 160$. This is due to help keep the pits and equipment up to par. We also, offer Gymnastics training and specific body workouts during practices.

I like to compare it to UW training and Gymnastics training all at the same time. Exactly what I also wanted when I was a kid. And NOW, you can have it indoors year around with us.

As the UW clinics come to a close in the coming weeks. This is a great way to keep your training going without any interruptions.
