What a great opportunity to learn from someone who understands both technical and training philosophy on an unreal level. Tim has been kind enough to let me pick his brain in the past and the amount of knowledge he possesses is incredible. Definitely worth getting to if you can!

Thanks Brian...you are too kind! I do enjoy sharing my experiences and thoughts.

Although I am still vaulting, I am really looking forward to these camps. I have definitely been all over the spectrum in my career. I went from not making the state meet in high school to winning Olympic Gold with a personal best and an Olympic Record on my last attempt. I hope to test campers technically, physically, and mentally. I don't want it to take them as long as it took me to figure things out. They will learn that success does not happen by chance, but that it comes from understanding your event, and from hard work, determination, and a relentless will!
