Foundation Strength & Conditioning is conducting a four week pole vault camp series in June 2010. The camps are Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 4 pm. The camp will focus on development of a system of drills athletes can take back to their school and do to become better vaulters. Also, in-depth jump analysis via video will be done to show athletes flaws and strategies to make them better. Due to the amount of attention we plan to give each vaulter, there is a max number of vaulters for each camp. YOU MUST RSVP BEFORE THE CAMP to ensure your spot. We are taking reservations and deposits now. Contact Mike@FoundationStrength.com
