The Winter Clinic is December 28,29 and 30th from 11 to 5 here in Oregon City. I will have entry forms at www.willamettestriders.com within the next week. You could register through email if you like or just call and let me know if your coming. Cost is $200, Poles are supplied but bring your if you have them.
Coaches cost is $50 for the 3 days.
What you will get: Expert instruction on Running Mechanic, Pole Carry/Drop, Plant timing, Take-off, Whip Swing to inversion and Clearance. Also, instruction on Gymanstics (High Bar, Rings, HandStands) and Core Strength Training.
My Instructional DVD's will be available and Beginner to Bubka also.
