Colonial Elite Summer Pole Vault Camp July 12-15 -VA

Colonial Pole Vault Elite is offering a camp at the College of William & Mary from July 12-July 15. This camp will cover vault specific training from the runway, to the air, and off the track. You will learn the system that has produced multiple national champions, and multiple national record holders.

You will be coached by nationally recognized instructors and work side by side on the runway with championship and emerging elite vaulters.The vault will be broken down further than you have ever seen before. With cross training drills in the gymnastics room and underwater, you will learn all the tools to give you the technical edge in the pole vault.

All proceeds will go to benefit emerging elite pole vaulter, Janice Keppler, to help her with training, medical bills, and living expenses.
