Just a friendly reminder that ProVaultNW will be holding it's very first Summer Pole Vault Camp for 2011.
Camp Offers:
-Drill sequence(s) with Rick Baggett (Question and Answer Sessions)
-Gymnastics Training Focused for Vaulters (Rings, Floor, Tramp, Conditioning, etc) - McKane Lee
-Pole Vaulting Raised Pit (Straight Pole, Bend Pole)
-Live Video Recording Playback - TiVo -
-Runway work on Low Runway (Speed Dynamics)

-Running Drills (Hurdles and Speed Hurdles)
-Variety of Pole Selection on Site
-Lunch will not be provided, however, just down the street there is plenty to choose from (Thai, Burgers, Pho, Subway and much more!)
What to Bring:
-Water Bottle
-Shorts
-T-Shirt
-Tape
-Spray
-Spikes

9am-5pm (Break for Lunch) 12-1pm (May extend times for questions to both Mr. Baggett & Mr. Lee)

Prices:
Athletes = 175$ US (Comes out to 12.50$ US an hour. That is a "steal" for the facility and the coaching time)
Coaches = 75$ US (Even better for coaches!)
ProVaultNW T-Shirts will be available for a discounted price of 10$ US dollars, normally 15$ US. (Black & White)
**Please note: This camp does not go towards WIAA Certificates or Coaches Hours. However, in the future, they potentially will.
