trowing head, and "heavier" pole

Unread postby euroeva » Thu Aug 17, 2006 4:33 pm

ok, i noticed that in the threads many were talknig bout not throwing head, so you can look at the runway, and getting a bigger weight pole for going higher. i wanted to know how does a higher weight pole help, and what are dangers, beneits of throwing head. doeast it help your body stay vertical. Btw i use a 110 11.5 ft pole and hold about 1ft if not less below. i can do 9ft sometimes on good days. should i get a bigger weight pole in order to go higher.
