Plant and Takeoff Help
I just started jumping on a 150lb 14ft pacerfx, i jumped from a 13, 145 mystic, and im ahving trouble getting far into the pit , at first i kept getting knocked back, but after about 5 jumps i could get about 2 feet in the pit, is there any special takeoff techniques i can do to get a little bit farther so i can get inverted w/o getting scared. Now im just running as fast as i can w/ 8 lefts, trying to explode my chest to a 45 degree angle, and i keep my arms locked

8 steps is pretty far back unless you're going really fast. make sure you're not losing speed by the end- by six steps I don't get anything out of a longer run. If that's your problem, speed definately helps. but only if this actually applies to you.
