How do you get girls and other beginners to turn over the bar? Most of them have not learned to bend the pole yet, but it would be nice if they could at least learn how to turn over the bar.

I'm having a tad bit of trouble helping some of our new guys trying to turn, b/c they end up trying to turn before the top of their vault. So if people could reply with suggestions lol that would be awesome!

if the poles not bending its easier just when the get to their rock back its just right over left
