I NEED HELP!!!
heres the thing, i suck at pole vaulting, but i love it. i know about form and such, but the biggest problem that i ahve is i cant get my butt in the air. i can get my legs in the air, and i can get inverted in drills, but it takes time, time that i don't ahve during the vault. so my main question is what muscles are you using to get inverted/butt in the air, and how do you go about doing this. sorry if this is kind of simple, but ire ally need to know. thanks in advance for anything.
I would almost say abs, but I'm not too knowledgable. But then again, maybe you shouldnt take my advice, if you see my sig...well, that says everything.
