help on getting to learn a pike please!!! dont know how :D

Don't learn to pike. It will keep you from reaching your full potential once you are off the pole. If you come straight off the pole gravity will eventually grab your feet and pull you back down. This position may look like a pike but it's not something that one should try to achieve. If you attempt to pike off the top of the pole you will limit your push off height significantly.

A pike is a gymnastic position in which the body forms close to a right angle-90 degree. The torso and arms are straight and the legs are straight but everything is bent at the hips to a 90 degree angle.

and do you really want to do it as part of the vault? (wasn't aware of that)
