I"m sorry if this was already discussed, but I heard that there were benefits in fixing the vault by literally climbing up the pole right after take off during a short run?
I also heard Tim Mack does something similar to this, but in a different format
....just curious because i'll be jumping tomorrow and was interested in trying this technique to see if it actually helps better my plant

I've heard of a drill like that. I haven't had a chance to read enough about it to impliment it. Its called an auto-correcting drill. Meaning that the only way to be in a position to climb the pole, is to have your plant and takeoff right. I'm sure there are folks on here who have done this or teach this who could give better info on it.
