This principle could be very helpful in a correct development of the modern vaulting model:
If you would not do it with a stick jumping over a bush (not a president), you should never do it on the pole.

Bob Richards, Don Bragg, John Pennel...all my early hero's and then came Seagren! I had to get a catapole cause that's what he jumped on. Later.............Mike
