when I vault I stare at the bar the whole way up and over, I dont even realize I do it. If I did not do it I could probably go a foot or two higher. Does any body know what I can do to stop staring at the bar, something that will work quik.

look for your top hand and follow it all the way through the jump. That is what works for me!
