hey all, remember my post on having trouble getting upsidedown? well, good news...today at practice i finally got it. it was only on a trainer pole but still, i know how to do it now. i feel so happy, im telling everyone!!! i cant wait for tomarow so i can giver again on my normal poles. :D

Good for you! Take some video of it and compare it to the big boys and girls and get yourself to look just like them. Later........Mike

congrats man...

i'm trying soooo hard to get inverted. i can't wait until i actually get it, i want to qualify for districts....

Hey, tell me what you did!! What do you think you did that made you get inverted, or was it just a product of a good run/plant? just curious...

Way to go man. I'm getting there, i'm still not totally verticle but i'm a lot better than i was.

So how'd you do it?

well, actually it was a good plant, run and everything just came together. it was pretty cool feeling. Today i tried on my 14' 165, and had like 7-8 really good jumps. i ran high, fast and planted really tall. Everything clicked and it looks so good on film. i know i can still rockback more but this is a great start. i jumped like 6 inches over handhold. and wat made me get inverted was the training on trainer pole and learning a better plant and swinging my trail leg fast. But hopefully i can continue this performance on my bigger poles and jump well over handhold.
