Okay, here is the thing
Practice: Within the last 2 weeks, there hasnt been a day that i havent gotten over/cleared 14' (bungee) I do so good in practice, crush everyone on my team, i have even gotten over 15' once (with a little bend from the bungee). Practice works out well for me.
Meets: BLAH. I can stiff pole higher than what i get in meets. It is so frustrating. Its almost like i forget everything that i know when meets come. I mean, going from 15' to 11'6? I cant take it anymore!!! What is wrong with me? Its not the pressure or anything. Thats how i got over 15. I bet someone and made everyone watch the vault. But i just dont know what to do. How can i make my meets like my practices?

Take one step further...wrap foam pipe insulation over the center of your fiberglass crossbar. You can get lengths of about 6 feet at your local hardware store for about $3. That will make the crossbar about 3 inches thick. If you can clear a crossbar that thick in practice, you should have no trouble clearing a crossbar 1 inch thick.
