bending the pole

Unread postby Mechant22 » Sat Apr 23, 2005 1:51 pm

I'm having tons of trouble pushing my bottom arm out when i jump, i usually bring it in right away so im getting absolutley no bend at all. It seems impossible for me to push though, does anyone have any advise on how to fix this problem?

It's not that important to have your arm streight...I've actually been told not to keep it streight until I get to a higher hieght...the important thing is to have a strong bottom arm and speed/...It also helps ot have a good plant.
