I have a prob..
I have just started P.V. like 3 weeks ago and I clear seven feet only some of the time, i keep hitting the bar with just my butt or elbow but i can get over the bungee great... Have any suggestions for me??

if you are hitting the bar with your butt, you are sitting over the bar and not turning. You are probably knocking the bar off with you bottom arm as well when you try to push the pole back. Sitting over the bar forces you to let go of your top hand and try to push the pole back with your bottom hand. Doing that instantly lowers your potential clearance by a foot. If you turn, you will push off with your top hand rather than your bottom. Turning will also turn your hips and butt over so they won't knock the bar off.
