Help!!

Unread postby whoa » Tue Apr 19, 2005 2:39 pm

Hey guys im having trouble getting vertical, and i've watched my videos and my coach has also and my problem is that im not dropping my bottom arm in to allow my self to get vertical, and when i do "try" and drop my bottom arm in i just end up pulling myself into the bar instead of letting my arm drop. any help is greatly apreciated.
Mike
