Im a third year vaulter with a 11' pr. I have my steps and jump down, but once i reach the rock back position, i dont turn my body/hips and go over the bar with my stomach. Is there anything i can do to improve my technique?

ebelizard, if your rock back gets your body inverted then - good! using your arms to pull your body up the pole is what cases you body to turn. It is not a seperate action. Use your arms to drive your feet straight up!! See if that helps.
