Pole Grip

HEy guys i was just curips where u all hold your hands at? and what the best spraed for your hands to be at. i usually hold where my elbow is after i extend my top hand down the pole.... ive seen people hold wider which do you think is better?

some use different measuring tools

some people use an elbow and a thumb, or that plus a couple inches

some use shoulder width

some measure by keeping your top arm on the pole extending your arm backswards and putting your bottom arm where your armpit is.... it depends on the personal preference.

I personally dont like too wide of a grip, or too narrow of a grip. i think around shoulder width is a good moderate width....

i am going to have to agree with you. the middle of the raod between wide and narrow is great. to measure my grip i push my top atm back behind ma a little then grab .. some how i grab in the same spot every time (dan't ask me )
