What do I do with a HUGE pole?!
Last season I borrowed an 11' Pacer Mystic from another school to vault on. It was really light, really short, and really bendy and I vaulted great. However, this season that school and our school are on bad terms and I am not allowed to borrow their poles. So I am stuck with the pole at our school: a 13'6" 140# (I am 130) really heavy and stiff Skypole, blah. I don't know what to do with it, I am more than 2 and 1/2 feet from the top of the pole, its too heavy and I can't bend it! Any ideas?
Hey is that a pole in your hand or are you just happy to see me?

If you are stuck with that pole you are going to have to straight pole. There is no way you are going get near enough to the top to be bending it.
I agree that you should look into borrowing from other schools, or talk to your parents about chipping in for one. Maybe they can split the cost with you, or make it an early birthday present, easter present, whatever.
