I've heard a lot about this, but I have no idea how you actually do it. Could anyone fill me in?

It is where you take an old pole in the water, put a bungy accross the top of the water and go under and go through what a normall vault would look like. Because your underwater you go really really slow and it allows you to work on your form.

At Georgia, we did it in the deep end with really long PVC pipes and went over the lane divider. The person stood over top of the PVC pipe and pushed down on it so it bent. We had a string so that after they released it they could pull it back to them (after the underwater person completed the vault).
