Legs Apart, Oh no!

Ok, so yesterday I Pr'd at 10' 6". Which was great because I felt very clean over the bar. But then at 11' my swing was good until my legs reach near the top of my pole, then they separate which causes me to mess up my turn and not finish my jump.
How do I fix that?
Info:
12' 140 Pacer
Height: 5' 6", Weight: 128
Age: 14
EDIT: I've cleared 9' 6" without turning at all

It's really all about the swing... not the turn. If you're like most 10'6"ish jumpers, you have some serious swing problems!
This is fine though... All you need is a high bar and some free time!
Do you have any film? We can pinpoint the problem that way (instead of just guessing).

Try to keep your legs together!

You could try it on a rope (the bar wouldn't be quite as good for this), but really, it's your body, so make it do what you want it to!
A simple revelation!
Was for me anyway... This doesn't mean you should be able to do everything exactly as you want to, but something like keeping your legs together should be attainable with this kind of thinking.
Hey, get a tripod too if you can!
