\SO lets explore:

Blow through/ blow out this was thone that stumped me lOL=???

Jumping over the pole=???

Swing through= staying under while swinging

SWing back= rock back but while swinging fluently

Any one wish to add more

Jumping over the pole= blowing through with little pole bend/and not catching the pole. Usually means raise grip or go longer pole.
