point of pole runs?
what is the point of pole runs, are u trying to get faster with the pole? for the form? or to get used to bigger poles.

whats the point of praticing. whats the point of lifting. whats the point of any drill. To get Better!
Pole funs are the #1 most important drill/activity/excercise simply because if you can't run, you can't vault very high.
Just treat it like a vault. You can work various aspects of your form, speed, whatever, during a pratice vault. Do the same with a pole run. work whatever needs fixing.
