Drills for topform

Does anybody know of any really good drills that could really help me with my top form because i know if i fix my top form i will improve a lot.

Well you could buy a Marines rope and stimulate bringing your legs up and turning. Actually if you come from a poor school like me that is your best bet.

Or, if you're slightly more daring, you could do rockbacks on the ground. Just roll back into a handstand and pretend like you're finishing a vault.

if you have the facilities to do this, get a trampoline preferably a gymnastics tramp. And set up a low bungi over the middle of the bed, do a backdrop and as your rebound sends you up, do a back roll over as if your coming off the pole and over the bar.
This forces you to keep your core tight as you go straight up, rather into the bar. once you master this and you have a few PV buddies you can do this to see who can go the highest.

actually, you are thinking backwards. The form at the top is a result of the things you are doing at the bottom. The event has to be perfected at step 1 first then you can focus on step 2 etc.....what's your run and plant look like????
