today @ practice i put a bungee up @ 16 and a bar up @ 14'6 and i kicked cleared the bungee (touching it) and came down and noticed that i just cleared my pr my 1 foot and 6 in i wish you could do that in competitions, also it helps with confidence, because now i feel like i should clear that at the area meet on Wednesday sure to take first by at least 3 feet lol

Yeah, I wish I could do that, but I focus too much on the crossbar rather than kicking for the bungee when I do that!

yeah i just try to never look at the cross bar, i think when people say they look at the cross bar too much it is just because they have developed that habit it is kinda like the take more than 1 step back and then run thing
