(is betterness a word?) anway... im a 13 year old girl who is 5'4" and weigh 107lbs. what kind of pull should i use.. im a beginner and and just learning...??

I would start with an 11'110. It doesn't really matter what brand. It will probably be a little bit before you start bending the pole. Just focus on learning how to pole vault, and the pole will start bending once your technique gets better.
