Shoulder Supports

Unread postby Boomer » Thu Mar 01, 2007 8:13 pm

Hey all,
Does anyone have any opinions on the proper pole size for 3-6 step shoulder supports into the box?
Should you use a pole beneath your weight or over your weight?

Yeah, just working on staying out at takeoff, and someone supporting you.
I know some people can do it with no help at all as well.
