Hey all,
Does anyone have any opinions on the proper pole size for 3-6 step shoulder supports into the box?
Should you use a pole beneath your weight or over your weight?

are you talking like a Johnson drill where people push you up into the pole to practice your plant?

Yeah, just working on staying out at takeoff, and someone supporting you.
I know some people can do it with no help at all as well.
