heavy weight shorter pole, longer pole, lighter weight?

You want to find the pole that give you just enough time to get inverted and rotate properly into the pit.

So, if you are on a pole that is shorter and stiffer and you never get completely inverted, you will lose efficiency and jump lower. Or, if you are on the longest possible pole, you will have almost no flyaway off the top of your pole
