A great thing that i did last winter was to just take a pole (or a stubbie) and do pole runs. It really helps to get a consistent run and it helps with your plant and timing.

yep a stretch but a reality...............I had a HS senior who was jumping 11-6 in Dec and jumped 15-4 in competition and 16-0 in practice by June. Get fast and get strong.
