need some help on Plant and swing up

need some help on Plant and swing up

SO I CAN RUN PRETTY GOOD BUT DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO PLANT AND SWING UP......MAYBE SOME DRILL???

Well some pole walks and pop ups sound good. Use the search button on the forum and look for the correct way to do a pole walk and pop ups.

Old son. I suggest that you get a coach -- and/or copies of the educational materials out there that can help answer all of you queries -- and or do what RBG suggests and surf PVP for the answers. :idea: :yes:
