Blowing Through.. fixing steps

Unread postby LHSpolevault » Tue Apr 25, 2006 12:48 pm

right now I'm blowing through my 134 pacerFX and still have maybe a week or so until I can get a couple others (thanks to vaultngus, w00t!). if i go from a much shorter run... maybe 4 lefts or so... will that help stop blowing through a little bit? or should i just wait for the other poles so my timing doesn't start getting completely thrown off?

idk this might be a little crazy but its what i would do... since you cant really jump that much try to train on getting faster and stronger durring the time you dont have the poles more than you normally would but still do some short runs to work on positions
pain is only temporary victory is forever
